Around Town
FROM JB:
Even though the temperature was extremely mild there was still enough snow for the kids (and big kids) to have some fun on the hill. Any time is a great time to go for a slide at the festival. Plus, a craft sale indoors made for an excellent display of local talents.
People from across Canada showed up for the Sourdough Rendezvous Festival and the stakes were high during some of the competitions. There was axe throwing and races. It was, well, let's call it friendly competition and the weather was great. You couldn't ask for a better afternoon.
